Customer Retention Associates receive incoming phone calls from our current customers and answer any questions they have regarding their account. CRAs will also receive incoming calls from customers who may have issues that need to be resolved. CRAs will attempt to resell or save the customer’s account whenever appropriate and will make any necessary adjustments. Candidates must have strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We’re looking for associates who have a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task and possess strong sales or collection skills. Candidate must have basic computer/PC skills.
